This package includes a 60 minute video consultation.  We can discuss your child’s sleep needs in detail, looking at all aspects of their day to day routine and what might be causing unsettled nights and/or disrupted day time naps.  I will then create a bespoke sleep plan for your family and be in contact via phone and unlimited email and WhatsApp support, throughout the next 14 days to ensure it is going smoothly, give encouragement and make any changes if needed.
